If your trying to heal yourself and that's the way you think you can then, yes. Mac was a HUGE mess for a very long time and I think she looks better now than she has in ages. I'm glad she found the courage to do it......

I do too. Statements like "is this something you tell the world" is EXACTLY what keep victims of incest from reporting it. They are afraid of the public scorn, ridicule and judgment they face. I think Mackenzie is doing a brave thing by coming forward and I hope she inspires someone else to step up and get help. Good for HER!
